Coordinated by Claudine Gauthier

IIAC-LAHIC, Université de Bordeaux

Founded and directed in 1870 by Henri Gaidoz and continued by H. d’Arbois de Jubainville, the Revue celtique aimed to unite research between scholars from the British Isles and those from the continent to shed light on the history and literature of the Celtic peoples. Composed of 51 volumes (volume 1 covers the years 1870-1872), it became Études celtiques in 1934.
